Balcones Distilling is based in Waco, Texas, and is widely recognised as a pioneer of American craft whisky. Founded in 2008, the distillery is known for bold, experimental styles using traditional copper pot stills and intense Texas maturation conditions. This special release is created in collaboration with rock band ZZ Top, inspired by their 1973 album Tres Hombres.
