Waubs Harbour Port Storm is a distinctive Tasmanian single malt whisky produced and matured at Waubs Harbour Distillery in Bicheno, on Tasmania's east coast, just metres from the ocean. Part of the distillery's flagship series, the whisky combines rich ex-Tawny Port French oak casks with American oak ex-Bourbon influence, creating a bold maritime character where salty coastal notes complement layers of poached pear, sultana, brown sugar syrup and creamy custard.
