Don Fulano is cultivated and distilled by the Fonseca family in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico — a legacy spanning generations of agave farming and tequila production. The Blanco expression is crafted from estate-grown blue Weber agave matured up to ten years, then harvested, cooked, fermented in open tanks with wild and cultivated yeasts, and double-distilled (around 80% copper pot still + 20% column still) at NOM 1146. The spirit is rested 60 days in stainless steel before bottling.
