The wine is matured in “Cellar 23” at Magill Estate, drawing on cooler-climate vineyard sources to explore regional definition and clone complexity.

Fuji-apple red colour. The nose opens with delicate white strawberry and raspberry pastille, followed by thyme flowers, Hungarian sweet paprika, and a hint of saffron-mustard seed. Palate is medium-bodied with glycerolic texture; cherry and strawberry fruits, earthy and herbal tones (sage/anise), wet-earth minerality; fine acidity gives persistence, finishing with a lifted mineral grip.
