One by Penfolds is a limited‑release wine collaboration between Penfolds and NIGO, founder of the fashion brand Human Made. The “France GSM 2021” is part of this global exploration of terroir, embracing “oneness” through wines made in different regions around the world. For this bottle, grapes were sourced under the Vin de France designation, allowing winemakers flexibility in blending and region, while still maintaining quality. This wine showcases Penfolds’ interest in blending Old World varietals (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre) outside of their usual Australian base, delivering wines with depth, density, and character driven by fruit and oak integration.
