Perrier Jouet
On the nose the 2016 Belle Époque opens with delicate white-flower aromas, white peach and citrus zest, evolving into notes of pear, almond and pastry cream. On the palate it offers a silky, refined mousse with bright acidity, soft fruit, subtle mineral undertones and a lingering saline-mineral finish.

Distillery Background
Perrier-Jouët is a historic Champagne house established in 1811 by Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose Adélaïde Jouët in Épernay, in France’s Champagne region. The house has long emphasised elegance, craftsmanship and a close relationship with nature — traits embodied in its flagship prestige cuvée Belle Époque, first introduced in the 1960s and instantly recognisable by its famed Japanese anemone-adorned bottle designed in 1902 by Art Nouveau master Émile Gallé.
