Don Fulano Imperial Extra-Añejo

The Don Fulano brand is produced by the Fonseca family, fifth-generation agave growers in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. They operate the NOM1146 distillery and use estate-grown 100 % Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked, naturally fermented in open tanks, and distilled using a proprietary blend of copper pot and column stills. Imperial is the oldest expression in their range, blending tequilas aged between 5 and 12 years and finished in Oloroso sherry casks to deliver deep, rich complexity.
