The El Jimador brand is produced by Casa Herradura in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico. It honours the skilled agave harvesters (“jimadores”) and was introduced in 1994 as an accessible 100 % agave tequila produced with traditional methods at Herradura's distillery.
