Pasote Anejo Tequila

Pasote is produced by Master Distiller Felipe J. Camarena at the El Pandillo distillery in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is single‑estate, grown on the Camarena family property, harvested by jimadores with long experience. The production uses traditional brick/stone ovens for baking, mechanical tahona or roller/screw mills for crushing, natural yeasts for fermentation, and volcanic rock–filtered water.
