Dewar’s is a historic Scotch whisky house founded in 1846, known for its blended whiskies and its double-ageing process to build smoothness and complexity. The 15 Year Old (“The Monarch”) was developed under Master Blender Stephanie Macleod, blending malt and grain whiskies each aged at least 15 years, then re-married in oak casks to further integrate the flavours.
