Midleton Very Rare Barry Crockett Legacy was introduced in 2011 as the first permanent Single Pot Still expression in the Midleton Very Rare collection. It honours Barry Crockett, the legendary Master Distiller who spent over 47 years at Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Triple-distilled from malted and unmalted barley, it is matured primarily in American bourbon barrels with a small portion aged in virgin American oak, showcasing the elegance and complexity of Ireland’s iconic Single Pot Still style.
