Seoljungmae is one of the most popular brands of Mae Sil Ju (Plum Wine) in Korea.

Made from Korean green plums grown in Gwangyang and Suncheon in Korea it is made with traditional wine-making techniques at cool temperatures for a refined and subtle flavour. It is sweet and refreshing and is an excellent drink to accompany spicy foods. Serve chilled. The plums in the bottle can be eaten as well.
