Colour: Golden straw.
Nose: Banoffee pie, Chinese five spice, dark rum and raisin chocolate, sweet almond with hints of dried cherry and blackcurrant, with a sweet oak influence.
Palate: Earthy and gamey tones at the front of the palate with sweet, dark cacao, coffee, and cigar notes. Delicate layers of oak, sweet, dark fruit, and spiced tea cake that persist on the palate.
Finish: Long and smooth with lingering banana, dark blackberry, spice, and toasted oak characters.
Cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Fino, Moscatel, Ruby Port, White Port and Madeira Port.
