Kujira 5 Years Old Ryukyu Japanese Whisky
This is a premium whisky with a distinct character that is crafted in Japan. This whisky has been aged for five years in oak barrels, resulting in a smooth and complex flavour profile.
The nose is filled with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, which are complemented by hints of peat smoke and dried fruit. On the palate, Kujira 5 Years Old Ryuku Japanese Whisky has a rich and full-bodied taste, with flavours of dark chocolate, espresso, and toasted oak. The finish is long and warming, with a pleasant spiciness that lingers on the tongue.

Distilled by Masahiro Shuzo, one of the oldest and largest distilleries in Okinawa, Japan.
Distilled from 100% Indica rice, and mashing with "black Koji", a unique koji that could only be found in Okinawa. (What is Koji? It's a living food made from steamed rice treated with a mould called Aspergillus Oryzae.)
Matured in White Oak Virgin Cask for more than 5 years.
