About the Whisky

Yamazaki Puncheon Single Malt Whisky is a limited-edition whisky from the Yamazaki distillery in Japan. It is matured in puncheons, which are large wooden casks that are made from American white oak. The longer maturation in these larger casks gives the whisky a more mellow flavour.
