This Yamazakura Asaka The First Peated is a delicious single malt produced by the Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery and released under their Yamazakura brand. It was created using peated spirit and matured for just over 3 years. Despite being a young whisky, it delivers a range of compelling aromas and flavours, including gentle but building peat smoke. It’s a limited edition whisky of which only 2,000 bottles were produced, and we’d highly recommend giving it a go.
