About the Distiller

Fuji Single Grain Japanese Whisky is distilled at the Fuji Gotemba Distillery, which is located at the foot of Mount Fuji. The distillery was founded in 1970 and is one of the few distilleries in Japan to have its own bottling plant and cooperage.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Poached pear, rustic fruit tart, Cognac, and marron glacé.

• Combine the whisky and soda water in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
• Fuji Sour:2 ounces Fuji Single Grain Japanese Whisky
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• Egg white, optional
• Ice
• Lemon twist, for garnish
• Combine the whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
