Refreshing, sweetness and acidity lift the elderflower essence and balance perfectly with side notes of ginger and lemongrass.

Coctail Recipes

Cucumber & Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Elderflower Mist Sparkling 2023
  • 1 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz elderflower cordial
  • 4 thin slices of cucumber
  • Ice
  • Cucumber ribbon (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine ice, gin, elderflower cordial, and cucumber slices.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with Elderflower Mist Sparkling 2023.
  4. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon for a crisp finish.

Berry Elderflower Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Elderflower Mist Sparkling 2023
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 3 fresh raspberries or blackberries
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle the berries gently.
  2. Add ice, vodka, and elderflower liqueur.
  3. Top with Elderflower Mist Sparkling 2023.
  4. Stir lightly, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy.
