This particular selection is a mellow, fresh, feminine Cognac that teases from the initial opening of Spring flower essence, through to the final surprise of spice explosion. Made from grapes solely from a certified organic vineyard, you can enjoy this Cognac safe in the delight that absolutely no chemicals, pesticides, or other 'nasties' were used in its production.

Crafted from Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes, Hardy Organic VSOP is aged 6–7 years in lightly toasted Limousin oak and certified USDA Organic and ECOCERT for sustainable production.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Delicate aromas of spring flowers, caramel, toasted brioche, golden apple, and lemon peel, with subtle hints of jasmine and green tea.
