Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Herencia de Plata Plata is an unaged tequila that captures the purest expression of the agave plant.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Bright and fresh with pronounced aromas of cooked agave, complemented by citrus zest, white pepper, and subtle herbal notes. Hints of mint and light minerality add complexity.

Palate: Smooth and well-balanced, showcasing sweet roasted agave at the forefront. Crisp notes of lime peel, green apple, and a touch of pepper develop mid-palate, supported by a clean vegetal undertone.

Finish: Clean and lingering with a soft peppery warmth and a refreshing citrus lift. The agave character persists, leaving a satisfying and natural finish.
