Mistral Pisco 35° is a premium Chilean pisco crafted in the Elqui Valley by Compañía Pisquera de Chile. Distilled from a blend of Pedro Ximénez and Muscat of Alexandria grapes, it is aged in American oak barrels, imparting a rich amber hue and a complex profile.
