Cocktails

• The Port Charlotte Old Fashioned: Combine 2 ounces of Port Charlotte 10 Year Old Whisky, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, 1 sugar cube, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters in a mixing glass. Stir until well-chilled, then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
• The Port Charlotte Penicillin: Combine 2 ounces of Port Charlotte 10 Year Old Whisky, 1 ounce of lemon juice, 1 ounce of honey syrup, and 1/2 ounce of ginger syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.
• The Port Charlotte Highball: Combine 2 ounces of Port Charlotte 10 Year Old Whisky, 4 ounces of soda water, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir to combine, then garnish with a lemon wedge.
