Lark Distilling Co. is a Tasmanian pioneer in Australian single‑malt whisky, founded by Bill Lark in the 1990s, and played a key role in reviving commercial single malt whisky production in Tasmania. The “Rare Cask Series” showcases extremely limited finishings in rare or historic casks. The Tokay 100 release is finished in barrels that once held a precious parcel of the 1922 vintage museum Tokay (Topaque) wine from Seppeltsfield Wines in South Australia.
