Hacienda Corralejo in Pénjamo, Guanajuato, has a tequila-making heritage dating back to 1755. Corralejo produces tequila exclusively from 100% Blue Weber agave, using traditional methods including slow roasting and copper-still distillation. The distillery remains one of the few tequila producers operating outside Jalisco with official rights to produce tequila.
