Founded by Don Alfonso Jiménez Rosales in 1950, the family-run distillery is located in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico and operates the historic Santa Rita Fábrica (established 1873). Though no longer labelled tequila, the expression stays true to traditional high-land agave craftsmanship using 100% Blue Weber (‘Agave Azul’) and small-batch methods.
