El Tequileno was founded in 1959 by Don Jorge Salles Cuervo in Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico. The Cristalino expression begins with estate-grown Blue Weber agave and volcanic spring water, is aged for several months in American oak, then charcoal-filtered to produce a clear tequila that retains the flavour complexity of ageing.
