Quality handmade Passionfruit Liqueur using fresh 100% local passionfruit. An infusion of fresh Passionfruit Pulp and purest of sugarcane alcohol. A truly unique tropical drink that makes a great addition to Cocktails.

The judges at the BTI 2010 recently described it as:

“Cloudy dull yellow colour. Bright passion fruit and sweet meringue aromas with a supple, lightly tannic sweet medium-to-full body with a tangy, peppery passion fruit jam finish. Nice intensity and purity that will shine in cocktails..”

Best served straight from the freezer and poured into a glass with crushed ice, as an ingredient to Cocktails or simply poured over ice cream.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Cloudy and dull yellow

Aroma: Bright passion fruit and sweet meringue

Body: Medium-to-full, supple, and lightly tannic

Finish: Tangy, peppery passion fruit jam
