Domaine Laurent Dufouleur is a Burgundy estate based in Mercurey, established in 2016 and built on more than 400 years of family winemaking heritage. The Les Gravelles Aligoté comes from vines in the heart of Mercurey and showcases the fresh, lively character of the Aligoté grape, with a strong focus on freshness and citrus fruit. The domaine is HVE Level 3 certified for sustainable viticulture.
