Two Doctors Whiskey

Two Doctors single malt whisky is made at the Hunter Valley distillery and aged in American Oak ex-Port casks and disgorged following around six years of maturation. Each release is a single cask so variations in flavour from cask to cask may be noticed.

Huon Hooke reviewed Two Doctors whisky and wrote:

"Full, bright golden-amber colour with a richly complex bouquet of dried citrus peels, nuts, some overt oak aromas, a leather armchair/upholstery note and a discreet fumy lift from the high-strength alcohol. Very powerful and long-lasting on the palate when tasted at full strength; better balanced when watered back. It's aromatic and complex to sniff, with exceptional freshness and vitality. An outstanding whiskey."
