In 1940 a very special bottle of barrel-aged bourbon was brought on a wild turkey hunt. The name stuck and still signifies exceptional, aged bourbon today. Master Distiller Eddie Russell honours this tradition by ageing our bourbon longer - from five up to eight years - in number four 'alligator char' American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon, oak, toffee, butterscotch, toasty oak, melted vanilla ice cream, zesty citrus, and a touch of macadamia nut

Taste: Sweet upfront with vanilla and caramel notes, oak and baking spices in the middle, and a long finish with spice and wood

Finish: Bold, signature Wild Turkey spice and orange peel
