Pale straw-green rim. The nose offers white apricot, nectarine, crisp lemon peel, and subtle bread-dough/yeast lees aromas with a whisper of flinty minerality. On the palate there’s creamy mid-palate texture, citrus-driven acid (lime, lemon curd), green apple, and delicate oak toast. Finishes with a minerally grip, fine phenolics and a clean, persistent aftertaste.
