Dewar's Ilegal Smooth 8 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky

Dewar’s (John Dewar & Sons) is a historic Scotch whisky house founded in 1846, known for its blended whiskies and its innovations in cask finishing. The “Ilegal Smooth” is part of its 8-Year Old “Smooth” cask finish series; it is the first Scotch whisky to be finished in ex-Mezcal casks (via a collaboration with Ilegal Mezcal), adding smoky, peppery and sweet agave notes to Dewar’s characteristic honeyed and fruity blend.
