Wolfburn Distillery, based in Thurso, is one of the most northerly mainland distilleries in Scotland. Revived in 2013 on the site of an original 1821 distillery, it is known for traditional small-batch production, long fermentation, and coastal maturation that gives its whiskies a clean, lightly maritime character. Miniature sets showcase a selection of its core Highland single malts.
