Amahagan World Malt Edition No.4 Yamazakura Wood Finish Japanese Blended Whisky

Nagahama Distillery, launched in 2016 and nestled within the Roman Beer Brewery by Lake Biwa, is Japan's smallest whisky distillery, built to experiment and refine its style using compact, uniquely shaped "Hoga" stills. The Amahagan series—"Nagahama" spelled backwards—blends the distillery’s own young malt with select whiskies from around the world. Edition No. 4, the Yamazakura Wood Finish, takes this global malt foundation and matures it in Japanese cherry (Yamazakura) wood casks, infusing a soft, floral Japanese character into the whisky.
