Avión Silver Tequila

Born in 2009 through the vision of aviation-enthusiasts Ken Austin and Kenny Dichter, Avión sources 100% Blue Weber agave grown at high elevation in Jesús María, Jalisco. The terroir-rich agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens and distilled in small copper batches, then given a proprietary ultra-slow filtration to accentuate smoothness and clarity.
