Fuji Single Blended is crafted at the Mt. Fuji Distillery, established in 1973 in Shizuoka Prefecture. The distillery is renowned for producing both malt and grain whiskies on-site—an uncommon practice in Japan—allowing full control over every stage of blending. Influenced by pristine spring water from Mt. Fuji and a mix of Scottish, American, and Canadian distillation styles, the house creates whiskies known for purity, balance, and refinement.
