Umenoyado Brewery was established in Nara, Japan, in 1893 and is known for combining traditional sake-making with fruit liqueurs. Aragoshi Yuzu uses carefully selected Japanese yuzu juice blended with Umenoyado sake. Around eight yuzu fruits contribute juice to each 720mL bottle, with the blend designed to balance refreshing acidity and gentle bitterness.
