Hennessy Fine de Cognac is a blend of over 60 eaux-de-vie from the four crus of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Les Borderies and Les Fins Bois. It is aged for at least four years in French oak barrels, and has a pale yellow colour with a floral nose. The palate is smooth and fruity, with notes of white grapes, tropical fruits, almonds and honey.
