Product Description

The 2022 Dalrymple Pinot Noir is a blend of hand-picked grapes from the Pipers River, Coal River Valley, and Ouse regions. The cooler growing season of 2022, influenced by La Niña, led to extended ripening, enhancing flavor concentration while preserving the wine’s natural freshness. The wine underwent small-batch fermentation and was aged in French oak barrels, contributing to its complexity and structure.

Tasting Note

• Nose: The wine opens with vibrant aromas of ripe red cherries, raspberries, and a hint of plum, complemented by subtle notes of spice and forest floor. 

• Palate: On the palate, it reveals a medium body with silky tannins and bright acidity, showcasing flavors of red berries, cranberry, and a touch of vanilla.

• Finish: The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of earth and a whisper of oak.
