Tasting Notes

• Nose: The raisins and vanilla burst out of the glass leading to toffee apples, lemon pie and orange zest.
• Taste: Chocolate appears combining with vanilla and polished oak. Citrus and dark fruits present themselves at the back of the palate.
• Finish: Little bit of spice and plenty of Christmas cake flavours dance around the tongue.
