Penfolds Bin 180 Limited-Edition

Bin 180 is a celebratory release from Penfolds, launched in 2024 to commemorate 180 years of winemaking. It draws from two historic vineyard blocks in Coonawarra: Block 10 for Cabernet Sauvignon, and Block 5 for Shiraz. The 2021 vintage is reported as outstanding in Coonawarra, with ideal conditions for fruit ripening—cool climate, balanced rainfall—and the wine is crafted with restraint, avoiding new oak while using one‑year‑old French oak hogsheads to allow varietal expression and terroir to shine through.
